  • We met Dr. Mitchell in the pediatric ER. He spoke directly to us and quickly assessed our toddler. He was quick with his assessment--which was key given our toddler was out of sorts. He explained the next steps and adequately prepared us for what he felt would be necessary -- immediate, emergency, surgery. He and the team conducted a few tests to verify his suspicions and he consulted with a team of surgeons and indicated what was needed and next steps. Good, clear, communication.

    i am an 80 year old guy, and writing today, approximately two and one-half months after hip replacement surgery with Dr. Mitchelle and his staff. i hobled into the hospital at 6AM, and walked out with a new hip at 2PM the same day. Everyone on Dr. Mitchell's staff, from the Doctor, the Anesthesiologist, surgical staff and nurses, were nice, courteous and efficent, explained everything they were doing and why, and most importantly listened to my questions and knew the details. Surgery was scheduled and commenced at 8:30AM, i was out by 10AM, awake by 11AM, and walking in the 12 o'clock hour. i strongly recommend Dr. Mitchell, for his professionalism, experience, ability to listen as well as to inform, and the care he provides to his patients.
